Lockhart’s only use good quality produce, Our policy is to use as much local ingredients as possible and as many local business as we can after all we have one off the UK best larders on our doorstep be it Fresh salmon, wild venison, Scottish lamb, Aberdeen-shire beef or Highlands and Islands seafood.It would be a shame not to use it.
All our menu items are made by our award winning chef and given that we buy such fresh produce it would be a shame to prepare it prior to our arrival at your event we cook everything on site we are one off the few outside catering company’s to do this and are very proud of the service we offer.
Some off our menu items are outsourced but we only use the best off products from the best off suppliers.

Williamson’s fruit and vegetable supplier - along with many other local produce such as Scottish cheeses
Duncan Fraser butcher and fish monger- Duncan is a local man and supplies top quality produce and has done for many years he has an outstanding reputation
Andy Race fish monger – Andy is local and sells local produce fresh from the boats
Moniak Castle – a local family owns Moniak we use them for Chutneys
Stewart Grant Meats – Stewart Grant is based in the town of Grantown on Spey he use the best Quality Scottish meats we use Stewart for a lot of our venison products
Old Pulteney Distillery – Old Pultney is a quality malt based in Wick we use old Pultney in many of our sauces and there liquor in many desserts
Black Isle Brewery’s – We use Black isle brewery for many of the local beers we sell in our bar service and sometimes we use there beers in our ingredients.
Ashers Bakery - Ashers Bakery are located in Nairn they are one off the highlands oldest and best bakers.
Gateaux Regal - this is a small company that make desserts and special cakes Jean Luc Laot is the baker and has a exultant reputation
